  • Our Reformer All Levels classes are truly for all levels. You will be offered options and modifications throughout class and is a great option for beginners.

  • Memberships have a 4-month commitment and then auto renew to a month to month membership.

  • Absolutely! We have a great selection of stylish and comfortable grip socks that provide safety during your classes.

  • Here are a few questions to consider asking yourself first:

    • Am I familiar with most of the movement exercises in an All Levels class?

    • Am I confident performing most of the movement exercises in an All Levels class?

    • Do I feel experienced and confident in operating a Pilates reformer?

    • Do I feel like I have a deep understanding of Pilates' fundamental principles?

    • Do I have a well-developed body awareness?

    • Am I currently working through an injury? ***If you answer yes to this question, we strongly recommend you join an All-Levels class or a Private session.

  • If your favorite class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist (current capacity is 3 people).

    • Note: You will need an active class credit available in your account to be added from the waitlist to class. The credit will be returned to your account should you not be booked in to class.

    • When a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added from the waitlist into class in order from #1 to #3.

    • When you're successfully added into class, you'll receive a notification via text/email, depending on your communication settings. Keep an eye out for these and be sure to have your notifications turned on!

    • Note: If you're booked on a waitlist and no longer can make it, cancel your waitlist booking so that you don't run the risk of being automatically added into class.

  • For the privacy rights of all attendees, we request that all participants refrain from using cameras, smartphones, and any other recording devices during group classes.

    We DO encourage photos pre & post class that capture your Luxe experience for other to see!

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for honoring our 9 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations or changes must be managed online or in the GLOFOX APP.

    To cancel, log in to your account via the app or web browser and view your upcoming classes listed underneath your schedule on your profile. The cancel button will be at the right.

  • At Luxe Pilates, we understand that life can sometimes require you to take a break from your fitness routine.

    Pause Request Submission and Procedure:

    • To initiate a pause, members must send email to Luxepilatesct@gmail.com

    • The email must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired start date of the pause.

    • You will receive a formal confirmation email once your pause request has been processed

    Pause Frequency:

    • Members are welcome to pause their membership a maximum of 2 times per calendar year

    Pause Duration

    • Each pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks and can extend to a maximum of 8 weeks.

  • Absolutely! If credits are all used up within your 2-week billing cycle, you will no longer see “1 credit” when booking. Instead, there will be a $ charge for the class at the drop in price for your membership.
